DAB Radiology Bunbury

Will NOT Answer the phone. Why have a receptionist if they won't answer the phone. Poor service

The reception staff is so help full and friendly they arethe hart of the business .

You need to answer your phone I was on hole for an hour the other day and still didn't get through, I'm out of bunbury so can't get there easily, and I'm still waiting on emaild photos 2 weeks now

I made a Booking a week in advance. I travel from Busselton (40 minutes one way) and when I arrive at 8 am they tell me that nobody can attend me and that the next appointment is in 6 days. I do not recommend this place, they do not take their patients seriously

Call them. Straight to a answering machine and wait 10 minutes and then some just to book a appointment.Absolutely disgusting

Answer your PHONES!! You send text appt time for God knows who and 10 calls later and waiting 32mins on hold still can't get through this is ATROCIOUS!!! Perhaps employing people who actually can do their job would be an improvement like answering the PHONE !!

5 stars is for Dr's surgeries that offer cocktails while you wait, because you will wait, nature of the business, people. The surgery is clean, well maintained, water fountain and two TVs. Reception staff on the phone and in person are polite, pleasant and helpful. The wait was a little while, but once your name was called it was smooth sailing, efficient and professional staff. Lovely place when your not feeling your best ❤️

My recent baby scan here was so great! Both ladies were lovely and we all had a good laugh together. They talked me through everything and answered my silly questions. The reception staff are so polite and efficient also. It’s always a joy to come here

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I rang the day before to double check the arrival time as I have to travel half an hour to get to Bunbury. I arrive 10 minutes early to the time they told me on the phone the day prior to be told I'm 20 minutes late and have missed my appointment time. I explained to them I had rang the day before and someone had told me on the phone my appointment time was at 10:30 and I'm standing here at 10:20 and that I also travelled 30 minutes to be here. They did not care and were so rude. It was an important scan (Nat scan) and the only other time they were willing to reschedule with me was outside of the Nat scan Time frame after their own stuff up!!! Would not recommend for anyone to use there services during such a precious time. If I could of given them a zero, I would have!!!!
