X-ray lab

Visited few times for my partner’s first pregnancy. Both ladies were extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, we really appreciated it. All the best for the future and highly recommend 10/10.

Lovely staff. The most uncomfortable (to the extent of pain) seating that I’ve ever experienced in a waiting room. It was like a flashback to those horrifically uncomfortable cheap plastic cafe seats that belong in the 90’s.

Will NOT Answer the phone. Why have a receptionist if they won't answer the phone. Poor service

The sonographer did not make me feel comfortable at all and he made me feel like I was being judged for everything I said. When I asked if everything looked ok he told me to stop stressing". He wasn't very professional and I don't think i will come back to this clinic. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lovely customer service I received from the receptionists. If they hadn't of been as polite and professional I would of only given 1 star for this review."

The reception staff is so help full and friendly they arethe hart of the business .

Had a scan done a year ago. Report was very basic. They didn't release the images or report even after asking multiple times. My GP has also requested this multiple times, and everytime I'm at my GP, she requests it time after time. I got a referall to get another one done just last Saturday through SKG, what a delight that was. Within 12hrs I had a client portal login to view my scans and report. They also had never heard of this place, and on my new MRI report, previous findings states cannot access previous report".Also went back 6months later for an ultrasound on my shoulder. This was done by the rudest person I've met. He didn't care that I was in excruciating pain and was grabbing my arm and moving it without warning or asking. I told him firmly multiple times to relax with the movements

I'd like to say that the caring people that do this job were so helpful. Being a bit anxious about the Cardiac MRI they were understanding and so thankyou!

Front reception leaves alot to be desired both receptionist were looking at same computer on one job, it only takes a second to say i will be with you in a moment" instead i was left standing there for a few minutes before i was even acknowledged. The actual staff doing my proceedure on the other hand I could not praise them high enough

We recently saw Duncan for our 21wk scan and he was phenomenal! So knowledgeable, but could also have a laugh and made us both feel so comfortable and at ease. There was a student accompanying him on the day and she was just as lovely, so professional and explained everything she was looking at as well - we didn't feel any pressure to say yes to having the student perform an ultrasound, but very much appreciated being asked.

I have attended APEX Radiology on four occasions in the last 2 months and recently today. On every visit the service was outstanding, from reception staff, radiographer, radiologist, all friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be using APEX on any future visits, many thanks.
